Using Fiilar
Fiilar connects guests with hosts offering spaces. By using the platform, you agree to these terms and the policies linked in the footer. You must be at least 18 and provide accurate account information. Keep your login secure and only act for a business if you are authorised to do so.
Bookings and payments
Read the listing, house rules, dates, price and cancellation policy before confirming. Some spaces can be booked instantly; others need the host to accept your request. Your booking status tells you whether it is confirmed.
Checkout shows the amount due, including applicable fees and selected extras. Use Fiilar’s payment flow for bookings. Saving a card requires the verification charge shown before you proceed; adding a card does not itself pay for a booking.
Guests and hosts
Guests must follow the agreed purpose, capacity and hours, respect the space, and take responsibility for their group. Hosts must have permission to offer the space, provide accurate listing information, and keep it safe and suitable for its advertised use.
Tell the other party through Fiilar if something affects a booking. Contact support about inaccurate listings, access problems, damage or disputes.
Cancellations and problems
The policy shown for your booking determines cancellation eligibility. Review the cancellation preview before submitting a cancellation. Refunds and damage claims depend on the booking and the outcome of any review.
Hosts are responsible for their spaces and services. Fiilar provides the marketplace and booking support. Nothing in these terms removes rights or responsibilities that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Accounts and content
Use honest descriptions, photos you have permission to publish, and respectful messages and reviews. We may restrict accounts or remove content that breaches our acceptable use policy. Contact support if you believe a restriction is mistaken.
Updates
The update date identifies this version. Review these terms when using new features or making a booking. Material changes will be communicated where required by applicable law.
